Warcraft Raid: ▶ World of Warcraft raid boss: Al’Akir post-buff (How to!) – Throne of the Four Winds – TGN.TV. worldofwarcraft.tgn.tv — Throne of the Four Winds 10 man Normal Al’Akir, buffed and now super hard! I think Blizzard realized this fight was a tad boring in phase 1, so they made things…interesting. Now, not only are the tornado walls present throughout phase 1 and 2, but in phase 1, the boss gains a chain lightning attack that instagibs the raid if they are in the same zip code. The combination of wind burst, ice patch, and tornado walls are hard enough to dodge, but the lightning is what really kills it. The boss is unchanged in phase 2, making that transition a huge relief. I feel the boss is beatable, but the difficulty level is so far beyond anything else right now in normal mode Cataclysm.
