Today marks the four year Anniversary of World of Warcraft.  As a gift Blizzard is giving away a Baby Blizzard Bear.  However I am not sure it will be available if you do not log in today.

When I had first found out about this crustaceans pet I realized that I would have to level fishing on Rasbora 1 to 375. Needless to say it was rather boring. However some months later athe fishing dailies came along which would introduce 4 new pets croclisks.  I got Muckbreath 2 months into leveling my skill.  Recently I found that you can actually collect all 4. So even though I got my crustacean and Muckbreath I still have three more pales of crocs to get.

While last waiting week for a possible badge pugs on Rasbora I tried to make it a point to fish for a the caged magical crawdad. I was also in queued for AV. I was on a roll with highland fishing spots so I choose to ignore my invite that came some 20 minutes after I started fishing. No one else was around so I was hoping non stop from fishing spot to fishing spot. I was on the south east side of the isle in Skettiis, in what is an awkward camera spot too fish when I caught the Mister Pinchy. I was a little nervous on looting him as I have read if you accidentally release your not going too get him again.

Granted I spend far less time then most to get him. Looking at my bank of stock piled lobster (203 total) which I am saving for power leveling cooking for the next expansion. I think it safe to say that it took me between 300 – 400 catches to catch Mister Pinchy for my three wishes. The first wish did not go well as I had a rather angry Mister Pinchy attack me. 48 hours later though would bring me what I had desired which was a another pet to add to Rasbora’s already huge collection.,

My wishes ended up as follow:

Day 1: Mister angry wanna kick your ass Pinchy

Day 3: [Caged Magical Crawdad]

Day 5: 2 Mana pots / 2 Healing Pots

Over all not a bad attempt for my first and last catch of Mister Pinchy. Now I just need to get lucky on the Croc in the City dailies.

The average appears to be 500 to 1000 casts to get Mister Pinchy
